Senior Sunrise 2021

As the semester slowly comes to an end the Senior Class of 2022 gathered on November 9, 2021, to watch the sunrise in the morning. This has been a long-running tradition for the seniors of California High School, and students gathered in the large quad in pajamas and blankets to unite as a class. This was a bittersweet memory for many seniors, as the reality of graduation hit many students that morning.

ASB worked hard to paint posters and even provided different snacks and hot chocolate to help students warm up from the cold early morning and had posters up for seniors to take photos. The senior sunrise had been in planning for months, and after being postponed seniors were finally able to gather together as a class in November. To commemorate the sunrise seniors took a group photo which will be seen in the yearbook at the end of the year!
